Before your first deposit
Fatpirate accepts credit and debit cards alongside bank transfers for funding an account, though the operator does not publish a list of specific payment providers or card brands. The minimum deposit figure is set at the operator's discretion and is not published on the site. What matters most is understanding that the route you use to pay in is not always the route your winnings take on the way back out.
The operator reserves the right to define both minimum and maximum deposit sums as it sees fit. If you deposit funds but wager less than the deposit amount before requesting a withdrawal, the operator may cancel all winnings and retain a 10% commission (minimum €0.50) of the last deposit, or 15% if the account was funded via bank card or bank transfer. The minimum rollover before a withdrawal is x1 the deposit.
One further requirement stands out: the operator reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests if a player has not met a minimum monthly wagering threshold of €20 within the calendar month of the withdrawal request. This is in addition to the deposit rollover above.
Methods and their trade-offs
The terms mention credit and debit cards generally, as well as bank transfers, but no specific payment providers – Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller or any other – are named. That means this section stays high-level: the operator supports card and transfer routes, and the specifics are visible once you reach the cashier itself.
Prepaid vouchers and mobile wallets often work as one-way funding rails – money goes in through them, but winnings come back out by card or transfer. Without a published method list here, assume that the deposit route and the withdrawal route may not be the same, and that payout speed belongs to whichever method the operator actually uses to pay.
Currency is recorded as EUR throughout the terms, and the operator does not publish whether other currencies are supported or what conversion charges apply.
Requesting a payout
The withdrawal process follows the usual licensed-operator pattern. Here is the sequence:
- Log in and navigate to the cashier or account section.
- Select the withdrawal option and choose your preferred method from those available.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, staying within your account's daily and monthly limits.
- Submit the request – and note that verification documents must be provided before your first withdrawal if the operator has not yet requested them.
- Wait for the financial department to process the request within the stated timeframe.
You may have a maximum of 3 pending withdrawals on the account at any time. If you need to request a fourth before the first three are processed, you will need to wait or cancel one of the existing requests.
The wait explained
Withdrawal requests are processed by the financial department within 3 business days after the request is made, or 3 business days after the last withdrawal request was paid out – whichever applies. The financial department operates 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday, so requests submitted late on a Friday or over the weekend will not be reviewed until the following Monday.
That 3-day window is the operator's internal processing time, not the end-to-end journey. Once the operator releases the funds, the payment route itself – card network, bank clearing, e-wallet – adds its own delay. A card refund can take 3–5 business days beyond the operator's window; a bank transfer may take longer still, depending on the banks involved and whether the transfer crosses borders.
In practice, a week to ten days from request to arrival is a realistic expectation for a first withdrawal that requires verification. Subsequent payouts, once documents are approved, should move faster – but the 3-day processing window and the payment-route delay both still apply.
Caps, fees and currency
Withdrawal limits at Fatpirate are determined by your VIP level, which is itself determined by your activity during the 90 calendar days prior to a withdrawal request. If you have not been actively placing bets for a month, your status automatically drops to the lowest level.
| VIP Level | Daily Limit | Monthly Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | €500 | €7,000 |
| Level 2 | €500 | €10,000 |
| Level 3 | €800 | €12,000 |
| Level 4 | €1,000 | €15,000 |
| Level 5 | €1,500 | €20,000 |
The operator does not publish withdrawal fees, minimum withdrawal amounts, or charges for currency conversion. One dormant-account cost is stated: after 180 days of no logins, the account is considered inactive and a monthly administration fee of €5 is charged while the account remains inactive.
Refunds are generally not offered. If a refund is considered for exceptional circumstances, the request must be made within 24 hours of the transaction.
Identity checks
The operator requires properly certified ID, proof of residence, and proof of ownership and transaction histories of the payment methods used – including bank or credit/debit card statements. Documents must be provided within 30 days after the request is made, and are usually verified within 10 days after the request is answered in full.
The operator may also carry out verification via calls, face verification, or other means, and may request information to verify the source of funds deposited to the account. This is standard anti-money-laundering practice at licensed operators, and it applies to every player before their first withdrawal is released.
Good to know: have your documents ready before you request a payout. A verification request that sits unanswered for a week adds a week to the wait, and the clock on the operator's 10-day review window does not start until everything is submitted.
